Tagtool workshop at Castle Ulmerfeld
OMAi hosted a Tagtool workshop for young creatives as part of an exhibition called "The Force of the Line" at the medieval Castle Ulmerfeld.
The art club KIAM of Amstetten (Austria) curated an exhibition called “The Force of the Line” at the medieval Castle Ulmerfeld. Apart from exhibiting artworks, they also organised artist talks and workshops.
OMAi member Josef Dorninger conducted a 2 day workshop with a class from the school HLW Amstetten. The goal was to teach the basics of animated projection painting and to prepare a live performance for the opening.
We decided to do two multiplayer sessions: one indoors at the buffet (the hotspot of every exhibition), and another one outdoors in the castle courtyard. The students were improvising with joy and a lot of team spirit. Despite the rainy weather, visitors where delighted by their creative contribution.
